We are a powerful swimming club in the Perth Hills region, known as Guildford and Kalamunda Districts Swimming Club. We cater for Learn to Swim, Junior, Intermediate, Senior and Adult level swimming, as well as our National Performance coaching programs.
The club's training programs are situated in three pools throughout the region. There are two pools at Guildford Grammar School in Guildford (25m and 50m) with an accompanying strength and conditioning centre, as well as an indoor 25metre pool at Darling Range Sports College in Forrestfield. All together the club has access to 22 private lanes to run all of it’s training programs, which means a more personal coaching environment for our swimmers and squads to develop.
GKDSC is lead under the guidance of our Senior Head Coach Brett Tongue (Silver), Guildford Program Coach Val Newboult (Bronze/Austswim) and Darling Range Program Coach Peter Gavranich (Bronze) as well as a strong team of supporting Coaches.
